Entertainment
The park has two showbars with lots of entertainment.
The main show bar Galaxy has a full 7 days calendar of entertainment. The evenings are normally split starting with family shows and games and later with live visiting acts. During the day Galaxy normally has a few events split between tots, juniors and kids.
Starlight the other show bar isn’t open as often. Here you’ll normally find cash bingo, live sporting events and on busier nights a second live act.
There are also scheduled Seaside Squad appearances around the park throughout the week. The kids do go wild for these.
Check the Blue Dolphin’s Facebook page or posters around the park for up to date details about the live events.
Restaurants, Bars & Takeaways
The on site restaurant is The Brigghouse. It has plenty of tables inside and out. There is also a bar, a small sports area with SKY Sports, and a pool table. Outside there is a small play area great for occupying the kids while you eat.
There are three takeaways on the park with delivery to your caravan available. They are Papa John’s, Burger King & Havens fish and chip shop brand Cook’s. None are particularly good value.
Of course, drinks are available at the two showbars. You can also have their takeaways delivered to your table. If you’d like takeaway from off the site you can arrange to have it delivered to the front gates.

Parks, Fields & Sports Facilities
There are 5 small parks spread across the Blue Dolphin with swings and slides. Large playing fields with an excersize circuit line the width of the cliffs. There is also a dedicated area for dogs.
Swimming is available indoor or out, both with waterslides. With an upgrade expected, hopefully soon.
There is a multisport areas with football pitches and basketball courts.
Activities
As well as the sports facilities already mentioned, there are additional activities, most available at a cost but there are also a few free ones that go fast. They include sporting and craft activities listed below, as well as the usual amusements were tokens can be exchanged for prizes. These often change with new ones being added over time, please see the Haven website to view whats available on your stay.
As well as these which can be booked on the Haven website, there are a few other activities which are avaiable on the day, may require queuing or have limited availability. These including Go Karts, Fishing and Boating. All are located near or on the lake.

Amenities
On site there is a Co-op which has a good varitey of food and other items you might find yourself needing on your stay. In the Galaxy showbar there is a toy shop which stocks the latest flashing Rory trends.
There is also a laundrette should you require to freshing up your long johns.
